This is a special edition from the Milanese company Meazzi out of the 70s. The lower part, positioned on rolling wheels, was known before as well - but the crossing tubes, with their different functions for the rack toms, foreshadow essential parts of prospective rack systems. The very special thing about this drumset is a built-in system at the floor tom, which is similar to pedal timpanis: the pedal's pressure onto the lugs tension or declamp both drum heads.
